I have put together a variety of online, in-person sessions and my handmade aroma products specifically with you in mind, helping to boost your mental health and helping to re-focus your mind.

I also create handmade aromatherapy products through my Folksy shop, blending calm, comfort and connection into every item.
I’m based in beautiful Bury, Greater Manchester, surrounded by the rolling Lancashire hills. I’m a mum, a qualified aromatherapist with over 21 years of experience, and trained in peer massage through the Massage in Schools Association. I also hold an adult teaching qualification (PGDE), which underpins the safe, inclusive and uplifting spaces I create for families and communities.
