The Buddies Tribe grew from the heart of Empathy Holistics — a passion project created by Emmy King in 2022.
We bring families together through indoor and outdoor wellbeing sessions, social meet-ups and community connection across Walmersley, Bury and surrounding areas.

Buddy (Pop-Up) Adventurers
Indoor & Outdoor Adventures for Babies & Their Parents/ Carers
A gentle, fun-filled session for babies aged 0-14 months (older siblings are welcome, their space is free of charge) and their parents on maternity leave.
Combining sensory play, music, movement and little outdoor adventures.
No pressure. No perfect parenting. Just little adventures, happy babies and time for you to find your tribe!
Tuesdays | 1–2.30pm | Springside Primary Community Space!

Mummy Buddies Meetups
Relaxed meet-ups in local parks, cafés and community spaces.
Coffee. Chats. Walks. Laughs. Friendship with your very own Mummy Buddy Retreat mornings and afternoons.
