Our Ethos
Born from the heart of Empathy Holistic Buddies CIC, aka The Buddies Tribe is a community-led, not-for-profit social enterprise supporting families through connection, calm & community.

We believe in holding space with empathy and imagination — creating nurturing, inclusive environments where little ones and their grown-ups can explore, grow, and feel at home indoors as well as in the great outdoors!

What We Offer:

We host indoor and outdoor ‘Calm Buddies Playgroup session‘, as well as ‘Baby Buddies & You sessions‘ designed with you and your child in mind. (for ages 0-5 years)

Each session invites gentle exploration, play, and connection for both you and your child/ children. Ideal if you have more than one child to keep entertained.

Baby Buddies & You

Back by popular demand, this time with a specific focus on those parents with multiple babies, those babies who have been in neonatal care and those parents who are under the age of 25 years!

Included in every session:
👶 Age-appropriate sensory and play-based activities
🌈 Creative expression and early development support
🌿 Nature-based experiences when outdoors
💛 A space for grown-ups to slow down and connect!

Mini Buddies & You

Welcome to Mini Buddies & You, a space where you and your little one can grow together through gentle connection, play, and calm moments indoors, as well as outdoors in the fresh air!

These sessions are designed for parents, grandparents, Carers and babies aged 0-5 years to:

✨ Strengthen your bond
✨ Nurture emotional wellbeing
✨ Build social connections in a warm, relaxed space
✨ Support your confidence as a parent or Carer.

We blend music, movement, sensory play, storytelling, and mindful moments in each session, meeting you where you are and celebrating the joys and challenges of early parenthood.

A magical mini-walk for you and your little one (0–5). All-weather. All-wonder, adaptable to suit your needs and your child’s. We welcome everyone to our sessions. Locations to be announced.
