June greets us with longer days, warmer sunshine, and the promise of nature in full bloom. But for many of us — especially mums and busy women juggling endless to-do lists — it can feel like we’re too busy to pause and notice.

This month, let’s take inspiration from the natural world and give ourselves permission to breathe and bloom.

🌿 Breathe: Make space for small pauses

When the demands of the day feel overwhelming, try:

  • A 60-second breathing break: Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale through your mouth for 6. Repeat.
  • Standing at the sink? Folding laundry? Take those moments to soften your shoulders and take a deeper breath.
  • Set a reminder on your phone: “Pause. Breathe.”

🌷 Bloom: Tiny acts of self-kindness

Blooming doesn’t have to mean big changes. It could be:

  • Sipping your morning tea outside for two minutes.
  • Saying no to something that drains you.
  • Writing down one thing you’re proud of each evening.

🌞 June’s gentle challenge:

👉 Can you find one small daily moment to breathe more deeply?
👉 Can you choose one way to bloom — even in the busiest of days?
