It’s less about time and more about intention. You don’t need an entire evening—just five minutes of presence can shift everything.

Here are some simple rituals I return to, especially when life feels full:
- Evening Aromatherapy – A few drops of lavender and bergamot in the diffuser, lights dimmed. It’s my signal to the body: “You can exhale now.”
- A Cup of Cozy – Herbal tea in a favourite mug, paired with silence (or a sleepy playlist).
