Regular relaxation and time out, is so important for our mind, body, and soul’s. Take some time out of your day to relax fully, with no distractions and allow yourself some time to breathe and to feel nurtured. Each session incorporates basic stretches, breathing techniques, self-help massage techniques and each week will be a themed relaxation adventure.
These sessions can be carried out as a virtual or group session for your organization or with family and friends.
