I know I haven’t written a blog post in weeks, we have all been poorly in the house and I feel like this is the first week for a month where I have felt able to be positive and to be able to focus on taking my business forward.
2018 is the year to “Take Time For You” whether it be 5 minutes to have your favourite warm drink, take up a craft which you have been wanting to try, start a new hobby or get your work/life balance right. We all need a time out to be our own person. For many of us, family or caring commitments make it very hard to take time out.
